Dick Anderson is recognized for Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund work
A special thanks and recognition were recently presented to Richard Anderson for his service as chairman of the Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund. In addition to Dick's work on the IAT/SIA, he also served as chairman of the MOHF Board for the past four years. The Maine Department of Conservation commissioner, Pat McGowan, presented Dick with a plaque and spoke about all the wonderful work Dick has done for the state of Maine. Many people in the audience also commented on their memorable working experiences with Dick and all shared in thanking Dick for his extraordinary
contributions to the state of Maine as well as the Outdoor Heritage Fund. Dick welcomed Thomas Urquhart, IAT/SIA board member, as the new chairman and informed everyone of what an intrical part Thomas was in establishing the Outdoor Heritage Fund. MOHF members welcomed Thomas as the new chairman and are looking forward to working with him.
