International Appalachian Trail - Thru Hiker Update - "Captain America & Mother Nature's Son"

"Captain America" and Mother Nature's Son have reported in from Corner Brook,Newfoundland and Labrador. They are making good progress in their effort to be the first Southbounders to thru-hike the section of the IAT/SIA. Check out their journals at trailjournals.com. Hello Dick and Eric, We just arrived in Corner Brook, staying at the Mamateek Inn tonight then at the Belle ... B&B tomorrow. We'll take a day off. Colleen Conners with the CBC interviewed us today so that might be on their website later. The hike is going gret so far and all the people have been wonderful. My wife Sale still haven't received my journals I mailed from Hawkes Bay. I'll update some more tonight and mail from here. Trailjournals.com/mothernaturesson should soon be updated I hope.
