International Appalachian Trail - Eastern Mountain Sports Exhibit

The Maine Chapter of the International Appalachian / Sentier International des Appalaches (IAT/SIA) was invited, once again, to participate and exhibit at the day long April 19, 2008 annual Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS) annual Outdoor Clubs Event in Portland Maine. IAT/SIA joined with New England hiking, biking, rock climbing groups to display and handout promotional information and respond to queries about their respective organizations to visiting EMS customers. IAT was represented by members Dick Anderson, Will Richard, Bob Lemeiux, Don Hudson, and Walt Anderson. Much interest was expressed in the IAT/SIA.
